The Houses

Two guest houses, three docks, a pool, and your own two-and-a-half-acre island.

Everything here was built so one group can spread out and still be together. The houses sit on our little island, connected by concrete walkways that are a blessing when it rains. Together, they sleep up to twenty-four guests. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom with a full shower. Starlink keeps you connected to the rest of the world that feels so delightfully far away.

The staff live in dedicated on-site housing and are always available without ever being underfoot.

The Main Hacienda

The two-story anchor of the property, with six bedrooms in all. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, and a second en-suite bedroom has two twin XL beds the kids tend to claim. Downstairs, four king en-suite bedrooms each add a double sofa bed, sleeping up to four per room.

The upstairs and downstairs covered porches are made for entertaining and gathering.

The Waterfront Bungalow

A second full residence with its own boat dock, kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed. The comfortable porch is set up for watching the world and the boats go by.

Because it is set apart from the main house, the Bungalow works perfectly for the part of the group that wants its own space.

Power comes from the sun. Water comes from the sky. The system was built to support a full house living normally: A/C on, hot showers, pool nights. The only time we ever lean on the diesel generator is during the rare stretch when nothing else cooperates. We will walk you through the practicals before you arrive, so the system stays happy and everyone stays comfortable.
